Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is good. Close to the old town, between Lotte Center. The breakfast had a good variety of juices and fruits. Croissants had no taste.

Negative: There was a paper bag in the room that someone had used and a torn coffee pouch. The spa cleaner was also sitting there touching her phone, but there was no paper in the restroom. I paid almost double the price at check-in with a deposit, but after check-out they would not process a refund of the deposit unless I told them.

Summary: Service and facilities are poor.
